125gPeeled, finely chopped almonds
75gIcing (ca. 1 1/2 dl)

Instructions for Almond Wedding

To prepare the Almond Wedding recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter in a saucepan by high heat, but without burning. Add almonds, chicory, flour and whipped cream and bring to a boil with even heat and stirring. Take the pot off the heat. Draw a square (about 20 x 24 cm) on a piece of baking paper. Lay it on a plate and allocate half of the dough in the square. Bake the almond cake in the middle of the oven. Let the cake cool off the baking paper on a baker. Bake the other almond cake in the same way.
