2 | dl | Apricot jam |
200 | g | Marzipan |
3 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Almond cakes with apricots
To prepare the Almond cakes with apricots recipe, please follow these instructions:
Work flour, fat and sugar together for a dough and put it cold for a while. Whip the egg white very lightly and stir the marcipan into it. Roll out the sirloin and knock out cakes. Grease a plate and put the cakes on it. Sprinkle a wreath of marcipan around the cakes and put a crunch of apricot marmalade in the middle. Bake the cakes at 200 degrees for approx. 10 minutes or until they are delicious golden. Let the cakes cool before they are loosened from the plate.
tips:
Instead of apricot marmalade you can choose jam or jam with a different flavor, for example. Raspberries, blackberry or blueberries.
