1 | 45 + mozzarella ball (fresh) | |

1 | tsp | Thyme, dried |
1000 | g | Potatoes |
125 | g | Bacon, sliced |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
250 | g | Mushrooms |
3 | Tomatoes | |
500 | g | Beef, chopped about 10% fat |
Instructions for Alletiders/beefburgers
To prepare the Alletiders/beefburgers recipe, please follow these instructions:
The oven turns on at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.
The potatoes are washed and cut into both. Put in casserole dish or baking pan. Oil on. seasoned with spices. CA. 45 min.
The steaks are shaped and fried on pan. Steaks in dish but enjoyable with a slice of tomato and mozzarella on top of the steaks. The cheese is melted about 5 minutes.
Sauce: Bacon cooked in the same pan as the steaks have been fried. Button mushrooms sautéed with, when bacon is half finished. Add cream and let Cook all the way up and then turn down and simmer for a few minutes.
Voila-ready for serving! really delicious dish. Server like with baguettes.
