Ingredients for Alletiders Baked Rhubarb Cake

1.5 | dl | Whole milk |
100 | g | Butter |
175 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
200 | g | Sugar |
3 | tbsp | Vanilla sugar |
50 | g | Almonds, usmuttede |
500 | g | Rhubarb |
75 | g | Desiccated coconut |
Instructions for Alletiders Baked Rhubarb Cake
To prepare the Alletiders Baked Rhubarb Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wash the rhubarb and chop finely.
Fat and sugar stir well together. Egg stirred in.
Add the flour, baking powder, vaniliesukker, coconut flakes, coarsely chopped almonds and milk and turn finally raberberne in.
The batter is poured into a buttered baking dish or roasting pan 23x33 cm. and bake at 175 degrees c. alm. oven in 50-60 my.
Keep an eye out for that it does not become too dark, put as tin foil over the last time in the oven.
Server the lun!
Like with sour cream, which is touched and vanilla sugar in as needed.
Also great with Vanilla ice cream.
