50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for All mother's buns
To prepare the All mother's buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Warm the milk and dissolve the yeast. Add melted margarine, salt, sugar and egg. Stir well with a hand mixer or stirrer.
Add the flour gradually and stir until the dough almost does not stick more.
Turn on the oven at 185 degrees hot air. Make a sausage of dough and divide it into 16 pieces molded into buns. Let them rise for about 15 minutes.
Brush the balls with egg whipped eggs and bag them for about 12 minutes in the middle of the oven.
tips:
The balls can advantageously be frozen and lunes in the oven. They taste like freshly baked.
