Ingredients for Agurkerelish

Freshly ground pepper
0.25tspCoarse salt
0.5dlUncoloured stock or mild vinegar white wine vinegar
0.5dlWater
1tspCorn starch URf.eks. corn flour
1Large finely chopped red onion (about 1 ½ cups)
1tbspSugar
2Cucumbers (about 600 g)

Instructions for Agurkerelish

To prepare the Agurkerelish recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in water and cornstarch to a jævning and stir it into the warm vinegar. Boil brine for 2 min.
