1bundleDill, fresh
1canChopped tomatoes, canned
2tspCumin, whole
4cloveGarlic
4dlRice
400gOnion
600gBeef, chopped about 10% fat
7dlWater

Instructions for African Dill meatballs

To prepare the African Dill meatballs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop onion, garlic and Dill rough.

Mix all ingredients together, except the chopped tomatoes. Form meatballs and fry them in oil, (like a good olive oil). They need to fry!

When they reversed the first time, pour the chopped tomatoes, meatballs and FRY further until they are finished.

The chopped tomatoes has now taken good taste, and represent it as a sauce.

Serve with Jasmine or basmati rice.
