25 | g | Yeast |

5.5 | dl | Water |

Instructions for 20 good buns
To prepare the 20 good buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the 25 g of yeast in the 5.5 lukewarm water. Pour all the other ingredients in, in order of succession and stir it together. Put it well together on the table, the dough feels very wet in the beginning, but if you eat it long enough, it will be delicious and nice.
Cover the dough with a dish and let it rise for 30 minutes.
After raising split the dough in two and roll out to two sausages, divide each sausage for 10 and roll them to buns. Place them on two back plates. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. I put the first finished vibrated plate on top of the stove, as it gives a good boost.
Leave the balls to adhere for 45 minutes
Put the first team (those who have stood on the stove and get the good heat from the oven) into the oven first and behind them for 8-10 minutes, leave the other plate on top of the stove in the while. Do not have a hot air oven and must therefore bake Off twice. You should have a maximum of 8 minutes if hot air oven is used, try out.
Can be eaten immediately after baking ..
