To prepare the Ølsild recipe, please follow these instructions:
The Chili's of cores and hk the well with garlic and make a marinade with the juice from the lemon and porter. Put the herring fillets in it a couple of hours. Tag Shad up pat dry and FRY as usual. Tastes wonderful with mashed potatoes and beetroot.
