3 | dl | Red tuborg |
3 | dl | Sifting |

Instructions for Ølbrød
To prepare the Ølbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is crumbled and stirred with the beer lining to 35 degrees. The 3 dl. Sieve flour is added and the mixture is spun with a spoon until it is smooth and smooth. The sourdough is covered and set aside for approx. 24 hours after which it is kneaded with the salt and as much of the remaining flour as it can take.
The dough is kneaded until it is smooth and smooth, leaving the table and hands covered with a damp cloth and raised to a grove place for approx. 2 hours after which it is thrown down and shaped into two oval loaves, put on a greased baking sheet for adherence for approx. 30 minutes.
Cut on one side of the bread and brush with beer and sprinkle with a thin layer of flour. Bake in a hot oven, 275 degrees, for approx. 30 minutes.
