240 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Æbelskiver
To prepare the Æbelskiver recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the liquid and remaining ingredients in a glass jar, except the egg whites. Blend everything 2 min. Or whip all ingredients to a thick jævning. Let the dough rest for ½ hour.
Whip the whites until very stiff. Turn them into the dough. Pour the batter into a jug. Melt the fat for baking.
Hot æbleskive pan up. Pour 1 PCs. melted butter in each well. Fill the holes with ¾ dough. Behind the Apple slices by even heat. Turn them with a kødpind, as soon as they have formed crust and is light brown. There must be so much liquid batter that Apple slices can form the Arch on the other side. Turn all the time Apple slices, so they will be evenly baked. Tag Apple slices from the Pan and keep warm. Sprinkle sifted icing sugar over.
Eaten with jam, fruit pulp or orange sauce.
