Eggs and sugar are whipped to a light mass, then mix flour, cocoa and vanilla sugar as gently stirred in the pulp. Poured into a lubricated edge shape. Bake approx. 1/2 hour at 175 degrees. The cake is sprinkled with flour or icing and coconut.
