Salmon Cutlet, Flødebraisseret

Salmon chops without bone, sprinkled with salt, and turned into flour. Brown in butter and sprinkled with paprika. Add cream and salmon braisseres, tilsmages with little comments. Serve with fresh vegetables, Neapolitan slices and potatoes.
