Whole fish with mushroom sauce and pasta

The mushrooms are soaked in the sherry. Cut the halibut into suitable pieces and drizzle with lemon. Turn in rye flour with chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Step on forehead for approx. 3 min. on every side. The pasta is boiled according to instructions

Mushrooms and cranberries are soaked overnight. Take some mushrooms from to the decorations, press the rest free of moisture and chop them roughly. The excess moisture from the mushrooms is stored to the sauce. The beads are heavily boiled and cooled off. H
