Recipes with Mango Puree

Mangrove Roulade

Fragilite bottomed approx. 20-25 cm. Mango cream made of: 30 grams of cake powder stirred with 1.5 dl. Milk and 200 grams of mango curry. Finally stir 2 creamy melted foliage leaves in the cream. The cream is lubricated on the bottom and rolled into the towel.

Herring with mango, lime and allspice
