Peruvian steaks

The meat is stirred with the other ingredients (not Danish water). Just before the dad is used, stir a little Danish water. Man forms some round buns rolled in rasp and pressed a little flat. Stewed as regular steaks. Served with soft onions and potatoes. O

Tomato Marinade

Mix all ingredients, let marinade boil 20-30 min and cool in a bowl. Marinate the meat for at least 1/2 hour in the fridge and preferably longer. Suitable for meat, like pork.
