1 | dl | Perfect fit, isis |
2 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
4 | dl | A38 0.5% |
4 | tsp | Corn flour cornstarch |
800 | g | Peach, canned |
Instructions for Yogurtis with peach
To prepare the Yogurtis with peach recipe, please follow these instructions:
Take some peaches, cut them in and save them to decorate. Chop the rest of the peaches into a food processor at the fastest speed for approx. 15 sec.
Mix the Perfect Fit and Maizena into a pan and stir the chopped peaches. Bring the mixture to boil with high heat and stirring. Add lemon juice. Cool the peach purée and turn it into the yogurt. Pour this mixture into a metal mold and cover it with aluminum foil. Freeze ice for approx. 24 hours. Stir 3-4 times during freezing. Place the ice in the refrigerator approx. 1 hour before serving
At the serving: Put the yogurt cake in a flat dish together with peach boats.
