2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
2 | tbsp | Pine nuts |
2 | tbsp | Raisins (optional) |
30 | g | Capers |
30 | g | Tomatoes peeled and chopped udkernede |
4 | clove | Garlic |
500 | g | Boneless Sirloin or tenderloin piece |
Instructions for Wild boar rolls with garlic
To prepare the Wild boar rolls with garlic recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the pork tenderloin into slices and beat them a bit with a meat hammer.
Chop 2 cloves of garlic very nice, mix with raisins, pine nuts and capers. Put a little bit of this mixture on each slice of meat and then roll these together. Bind with colorless thread.
Brown the rest of the garlic in the oil and remove them. Add the meat rolls, brown on all sides, add the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and let the rolls cook at low heat for approx. 30 minutes. Add parsley and server.
