To prepare the Wholemeal Biscuits recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the egg whites until they are stiff. Stir the egg yolks together with the peanut butter and the honey. Gently turn the wheat flour and whipped egg whites in. Grease a baking sheet and put one spoonful of dough at a time on the plate. Behind the biscuits for approx. 15 minutes at 180 degrees until they are light brown at the edge.
