Juice from 2 oranges | ||

1 | dl | Icing sugar |
1 | rod | Vanilla |
1/2 | dl | Whipped cream |
200 | g | White-chocolate valrhona or another good white chocolate |
25 | Apricots | |
3 | dl | Sugar |
3 | dl | Water |
4 | Egg yolk, pasteurised |
Instructions for White chocolate parfait with apricot sauce
To prepare the White chocolate parfait with apricot sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
melt the chocolate in the water bath until it is liquid and approximately 50 degrees hot. Beat the egg yolks together with the sugar until it is light yellow. Scratch grains from vanillestangen in and add the blue poppy seeds. Add the chocolate into a thin beam during whipping. Whip the cream stiff for themselves with clean tools and turn it gently into the chocolate. Be frozen for the next day. The apricots are cooked with water and sugar for about 10 minutes until sugar lagen thickens. Then blended it all and passed through a sieve. Season with orange juice and cooked through once again. Served if necessary. with some fruit aftertaste and the white parfait sprinkled with a little blue poppy seeds and possibly. a little chocolate.
