The cream boils up with sugar. Then melt the gelatine and the chocolate in it.
Put in bowls on ice.
Tips:
I pour it in disposable glass. The day after I destroy the glass so pannacottaen have a fine form on the plate. Sprinkles of grated dark and white chocolate and fresh fruit on the side.
