Instructions for White-cabbage and dumplings with tomato sauce

To prepare the White-cabbage and dumplings with tomato sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

An oven-proof dish is lubricated with 20 g butter / margarine. The cabbage is thawed and the tomatoes are cut into slices. Stir father of 50 g flour, onion, 2 dl milk, egg white, salt and pepper. Half of the thawed cauliflower is placed in the greased dish and tomato slices are laid over and half of the dough is laid on top. The rest of the cabbage is distributed, then tomato slices and finally the rest of the dad. Bake in the oven approx. ½ hour at 210º. Decorate with tomato slices and sprinkle with parsley and the boiled eggs. Prepare sauce with 20 g margarine, 25 g flour, tomato purée, approx. ½ dl milk, finally add the egg yolk and a little salt.
