Ingredients for Wheat muffins
1 | Eggs | |
1.5 | dl | Oil |
1.5 | dl | Water |
1-2 | dl | Milk |
1-2 | tsp | Salt |
3.5 | tbsp | Sugar |
50 | g | Yeast |
600 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Wheat muffins
To prepare the Wheat muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and then add all the ingredients.
Then add the flour a little at a time until the dough does not stick to your fingers when you knead it.
Then you let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
Pour the dough through again and shape the balls and place them on a baking sheet. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. 180 degrees hot air and allow the balls to adhere for approx. 15min.
Brush the balls with a teaspoonful egg and bag them for 15-18 minutes.
