Instructions for Watercakes with chocolate sauce
To prepare the Watercakes with chocolate sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 210 °. Load baking paper on a baking sheet. Bring butter and 2 dl water into a pan and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and add all the flour. Put the pot back on the heat and until it forms a soft lump. Set aside and cool a little. Pour it into a bowl and constantly whip with chopsticks, add the eggs gradually until it forms a smooth and smooth dough. Place 2 large teaspoons of dough on the baking tray at 5 cm intervals. Filling:

Stir it smoothly and put it in a syringe bag with 1 cm tip. Spray the filling into the water trays. Serve with hot chocolate sauce.

Stir chocolate and cream together in a saucepan for low heat until the chocolate is melted and there are no lumps. Serve hot.
