Instructions for Waleskrans II
To prepare the Waleskrans II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Baked dough: Water and margarine are given a boil. The pot is taken from the heat. The flour comes in at once during heavy whipping. The baking is heated for a moment until it releases the pot. Salt and sugar are stirred in. The eggs and baking powder are stirred together and driped while stirring well with a pear-shaped whipping cream. The eggs must be added even when the baking has been taken from the heat - or only when it is completely cooled. If you start to touch eggs when the dough is lukewarm, it becomes thin immediately. Then make a fresh baking and bake it until it is firm. The dough must be piped with so many eggs that it is soft and supple, but so firmly that the puddles are standing. The dough is sprayed like a wreath. Place in preheated oven at 200 gr.
Baking time: 30-40 min. The first 20 min. Do not open the oven door. The wreath is cooled and flaked. Bottle filled with Vanila cream and whipped cream. Put the top on and sprinkle with flour or glaze with chocolate glass.
