Ingredients for Vindruetærte

2 | tbsp | Orange juice green and blue grapes |
200 | g | Wheat flour |
2-3 | tbsp | Cream |
2-3 | tbsp | Liquid honey (eg. acacia honey) |
3 | Egg yolks | |
4 | tbsp | Sugar |
75 | g | Walnut kernels |
Instructions for Vindruetærte
To prepare the Vindruetærte recipe, please follow these instructions:
Findel the fat in the flour and mix the sugar. Add the cream and collect the dough. Let it rest for half an hour. Roll it out to a round plate and coat a greased pie shape. Chop the walnut kernels roughly. Whip egg yolks and sugar together and stir walnuts and orange juice. Pour it on the pie and baking pie at 200ºC for 15-20 minutes. Share while grapes in half and distant kernels. Lay them on the pie bottom. Pour honey on just before serving. Can be eaten with creme fraiche or whipped cream, but is also lovely completely without.
