Ingredients for Vegetable Pizza

½ | dl | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1 | Green bell pepper | |
1 | tbsp | Minced parsley |

1 | dl | Water |
15 | g | Yeast |
150 | g | Fresh mushrooms |
180 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | dl | Grated cheese, danbo or Emmental cheese |
2 | tbsp | Eat oil |
200 | g | Squash |
Instructions for Vegetable Pizza
To prepare the Vegetable Pizza recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast out to about 35 degrees hot water. Add oil, salt and flour. Work the dough until it becomes smooth and allow it to rise for approx. 1 hour.
Rinse and clean the mushrooms, squash and peppers cut into slices. Arrow slipped and cut it into slices
Put the vegetables in oil for approx. 5 minutes. Season with salt and oregano. Then add parsley
Roll out the dough and put it in greased pie form, about 20 cm. In diameter. Bake in the oven at 225 degrees for approx. 5 minutes.
Bring the vegetables into the mold and sprinkle the two kinds of cheese over. Pour the pizza on the bottom shelf in the oven for another 20 minutes.
