Ingredients for Veal with lime and curry paste
1 | tbsp | Fish sauce |
1 | Green chili | |
1 | tbsp | Peanut oil |
1 | Red chili | |
2 | tbsp | Lime must |
2-3 | tbsp | Red curry paste |
4 | dl | Coconut milk |
400 | g | Baby corn |
500 | g | Lean veal |
Instructions for Veal with lime and curry paste
To prepare the Veal with lime and curry paste recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the veal in the tern of 3 x 3 cm. Half the baby corn, and chill out the chili and cut them into thin rings. Heat a wok and add peanut oil. When the oil is hot, stir the curry paste. After ½ minutes, the veal is added, stirring for 4 minutes until it has passed through. Then add corn, coconut milk, glue shale, green chilli and fish sauce. Boil for 3 - 4 minutes until the liquid is reduced to approx. ¼. Put the dish in a dish and sprinkle red chiliringe over.
Serve long grain, cooked, white rice to.
