Instructions for Vanilla Pudding
To prepare the Vanilla Pudding recipe, please follow these instructions:
Milk, sugar and vanilla are boiled up. Egg yolks are stirred together with 25 grams of sugar, half of the milk is whipped. Eggs are whipped up in the rest of the milk and poured into cream consistency over low heat.
The cream is added to the soaked gelatin, which is pressed free of moisture, sieved and cooled.
The whipped cream is turned into the cooled cream, filled into molds and cured in a refrigerator.
