To prepare the Tyrolean cherry cake (Roaster) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir in milk, sugar, vanilla, egg yolks and flour along with the kvarken to a smooth dough. Add the pitted cherries, banana slices and raisins. Finally, gently turn the stiftpiskede egg whites in. Pour batter into a thoroughly moistened roaster. Bake the cake at 220 degrees for approx. 1 ΒΌ hours. There can be served with a cherry sauce for made of cherry juice, which is leveled quite a bit.
Tips:
For desserts, it is necessary to have a roaster, used exclusively for the sweet stuff. They are very delicate and can therefore take the flavor of it that has been in a roaster, as used for other strongly flavored dishes.
