1.5 | dl | Chicken broth |
25 | g | Butter |
3 | tbsp | Chopped fresh basil |
50 | g | Grated cheese (cheddar) |

To prepare the Turkey fillet with spice filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
With a stew and a sharp knife, a hole is made into the fillet. Basil and cheese are mixed and come into the hole. Close with a pinch and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown the meat on all sides in butter. Bring broth and lemon juice and let it spin under low approx. 20 minutes until it has just been completed. Let it take 5 minutes under aluminum foil with a cloth over. Remove the meat needle and cut the meat into slanted slices. Cook the cloud slightly and pour it over the cut meat. Accessories: Small freshly cooked potatoes (possibly small pills) that are briefly switched on a pan in butter and chopped parsley. Green salad with tomatoes and olives.
