Instructions for Tunmousse VIIII
To prepare the Tunmousse VIIII recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the isinglass soaked in cold water.
Mash the tuna with a fork in a bowl. Add Creme Fraishe, whipping cream, lemon juice and Red Caviar.
Twisting isinglass for water and add about 1 tablespoon lemon juice and warm it in the microwave for about 20 seconds. at 800 w. or warmed in the saucepan.
Whisk it smooth and add the tunmoussen stirring (to happen relatively quickly). Pour the entire tunmoussen in a form or the like. and put on ice overnight.
Tips:
Is best when it is prepared the day before. Can portionanrettes and garnish with watercress, if applicable. little travels and flute. Is easy to do for many people here it is simply multiplying the indgredienserne with 2 or x 3.
