Ingredients for Tomato rucculasalat

2 | bundle | Rocket salad (about 100 g) |
25 | Slipped coarsely chopped almonds | |
50 | g | 40 + feta cheese, diced |
500 | g | Tomatoes in both |
Instructions for Tomato rucculasalat
To prepare the Tomato rucculasalat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip up a marinade of lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Grate the tonsils on a hot, dry pan until golden, about 5 min. Shake the frying pan along the way.
Gently flip the tomatoes, rucola leaves, feta cheese and almonds together.
Turn the marinade in just before the salad should be served and serve with bread.
Tips:
Arugula has a nice spicy flavor, which makes it suitable for Salad Bowl, but it may also be eaten cooked, however, in smaller doses, since it has a strong taste. It can also be included in soups, sandwiches, such as parma ham or purees to jævning of soups and sauces.
