To prepare the Tomato ketchup (about 3 liters) recipe, please follow these instructions:

The tomatoes are cleaned and cut into smaller pieces.

The apples are cleaned, shredded and cut into smaller pieces.

The onions are peeled and cut into smaller pieces.

The peppers are cleaned, shredded and cut into smaller pieces.

All pieces are poured into a blender and made into mash.

The mash is poured into a pan and salt, sugar and vinegar added.

The mixture is boiled under low heat for 30 minutes.

The mixture is rubbed through a door layer.

The mixture is boiled at low heat for approx. 10 min.

Atamon is added.

The finished tomato ketchup is poured onto atamon-cooled bottles that are closed immediately.

Store in the refrigerator.
