1dlMarsala (Italian sweet wine) or brandy/armanac
16Savoiardi biscuits (lady fingers)
2.5dlWhipped cream
250gMascarpone
3Eggs
3tbspSugar
4cupStrong coffee

Instructions for Tiramisukage

To prepare the Tiramisukage recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip the egg yolks thickly with the sugar and stir the Marscapone. Beat the egg whites pin and turn them into the cream with soft movements.

Whip the cream and turn it into the cream.

Savoiarde biscuits are dipped in Marsalavin / Cognac and strong coffee, after which they are layered between the cream.

Make the cake the day before use and leave it cool.

Put cocoa over the dessert just prior to serving.
