To prepare the Tiger sprouts on barbecue spears recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grilled prawns: The shrimps are peeled before putting on the spears. Then clean the vegetables and cut them in a little rough pieces. Distribute the vegetables evenly between the prawns. Let spears start on indirect heat for approx. 15 min. Then let them have a direct frying for approx. 10 min.
Garlic bread:
Slice the bread and butter with some oil and rub the garlic over the bread. Sprinkle a little oregano over the bread and let them be delicious crispy on the indirect heat.

Serve the spears with a piece of garlic bread for or a light dressing.
tips:
You can put the tails on the shrimp side, it looks a bit more festive. If you do not use Weber's barbecue spears but ordinary wood spoons, be sure to leave the wood spears in water for one ½ hour before use so that food is not stuck in the tree.
