1 | pinch | Salt |
1 | Large eggs | |
1 | tsp | Sugar |
2.5 | dl | Buttermilk |
3 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Thick blueberry pancakes (low fat)
To prepare the Thick blueberry pancakes (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:
• Wash your hands before starting
• whip the egg together
• stir in sugar, salt and buttermilk in
• mix flour, baking soda, baking soda together
• Put it in the dough
• pour a little rapeseed oil on the forehead
• pour approx. 1 dl dough on each pancake
• Bring a small handful of blueberries before turning the pancake
• behind approx. 3 min on each side
• Serve immediately with acacia honey or fried danish honey.
