Swell the milk and dissolve the yeast. Milk, sugar, salt, eggs, and liquid margarine are whipped in (use hand whisk with dough hook). The dough is now very greasy. The dough raises a covered spot for double size.
The dough is thrown down and molded into 20 buns, placed on baking sheets and adhering to 15 min. They brush with eggs, whipped with milk and baked on hot air at 175 degrees for about 12 minutes.
tips:
If approx. 100 gr. Roses will have delicious rosin buns. If you want a slightly coarser bowl, replace 150 grams of the flour with oatmeal.
