To prepare the The world's easiest sand cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix eggs and sugar and mix for a minimum of 5 min. Then add salt and vanilla sugar and mix. From here, DO NOT use mixer anymore as otherwise we will remove all air bubbles in the mixture. Add flour by sifting it. Mix the flour CAUTION to keep as many air bubbles as possible.
This mix fits a spring shape or 2 French breadcrumbs.
Bake for 45 min at 175 degrees.
