Chocolate and butter are melted together and set aside.

The two eggs are whipped until they are skimmed, the sugar is added and whipped until the mixture is like a thick eggshell.

Vanilla and chocolate mixture stir in. Finally add flour, salt and the roughly chopped walnuts.

The mixture comes in a greased baking form - the mold should be about 20 x 20 cm - so the dough is well spaced 4 to 5 cm when it is scattered into the mold.

Bake at 180 - 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 30 minutes - or until the cakes are firm and shine on top.
