To prepare the The dream cake from Brovst recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs and sugar are whipped over a boiling water bath to a thick mass.
Milk, baking soda and vanilla sugar are sieved together and mixed gently with the whipped cream.
Milk and fat are boiled and gently mixed in the whipped cream that is poured into a greased and floured pan.
Bake on the oven's middle groove in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C. Alm. Oven for approx. 20 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
The ingredients to the filling are melted together in a saucepan.
When the cake is baked, spread the filling immediately to the cake. This is now put back in the hot oven at 220 degrees C. alm. Oven and baked approx. 5 minutes.
