Instructions for The beef fillet in marsala and olives
To prepare the The beef fillet in marsala and olives recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the neck in the top and wrap them in oil. Add thyme and rosemary, grated black pepper and whole chilli (which is visible and can be fished again).
Cool the olives together with salami in small tern and a little fennel seeds. Then pour white wine and marsala on and let the pig boil.
When the sauce is boiled, the pig is tender as butter. Just taste with salt.
If you wonder that there was no salami, chili or fennel seed in the actual broadcast, that's because I forgot it on the go. It can easily be omitted, but when I later made another portion where it was put in, then the court won further.
