Instructions for Teacher I
To prepare the Teacher I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bottom:
Flour, margarine and quark are stirred together. Put in my fridge. ½ hour.
The dough comes in a pie shape and is dotted at the bottom with a fork.
Bake at 200 degrees C alm. Oven for approx. 15 minutes.
Filling:
The pears are cut into slices and turned into butter on a pan.
Egg mass:
The eggs are whipped and mixed with quark, cream and leeks and placed on the pie.
Bake at 200 degrees C alm. Oven for approx. 40 minutes.
