To prepare the Sweet potato soup II recipe, please follow these instructions:
The rye bread is cut into small pieces, soaked in the water for approx. 6 hours. This is boiled now with lemon peel for approx. 10 min. Until well cooked. The mass is passed through a sieve. Then, buttermilk and sugar are added and the soup gets a boil. Whip the whipped cream and serve it to the soup.
