To prepare the Swedish plums recipe, please follow these instructions:
The washed plums are dug deeply or cracked and ejected. They are layered with sugar in a saucepan, left for 1 hour and warmed slowly. Finally, the jam must not boil until the sugar is melted. The whole is cooked by quite a heat of 15-20 min. The pot is shaken occasionally, so it is not necessary to stir so much. The jam is skimbed, add Atamon, pour up and the glasses are closed. Swedish plums are served for pancakes and apples. They can be used as filling in pies and omelets. They taste good for bread on the breakfast table or the table.
