Instructions for Svedsketrifli
To prepare the Svedsketrifli recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stenfri prunes cooked and smoothed slightly with a jævning of potato flour and water. Macaroons are added at the bottom of a bowl and stænkes with cognac. Sveskerne distributed on makronerne, and cake cream poured over. Then garnish with half of the cream skimmed the edge.
Cake cream: egg yolks, sugar, flour and vanilla, stir well and pour into the boiling milk in the moment it is taken by the fire. The cream then brought to a boil (be careful it does not burn on). When the cream is cold, mix it with half of the cream skimmed.
