500 | g | Pork, chopped about 10% fat |
600 | g | Leek |
75 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Stuffed leek
To prepare the Stuffed leek recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the meat with flour and potato flour. Bring the eggs in and stir thoroughly. Stir Danish water / milk in. Season with grated onion, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Leave your father in a cool place for 1-2 hours.
