4 | Thick bedekoteletter, or lamb chops (a) ca. 200 g | |
8 | Sardel fillets | |
8-12 | Fresh Sage leaves |
Instructions for Stuffed bed chops
To prepare the Stuffed bed chops recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the cutlets through to the leg on the long joint and squeeze the two halves apart with the palm of the hand. Rinse the sardile filets, dry them well and halve them lengthwise. The garlic cloves are peeled and chopped very nicely. The tomatoes are rinsed, dried and cut into thin slices. The leaves are rinsed and dried well. Put sardililets and tomato slices on one half of the chop tomato, pour garlic and sage leaves over it, close the other half together and fill the chopsticks with toothpicks.
Heat oil on a frying pan and add the stuffed chops golden brown, approx. 6 minutes on each side and sprinkle with salt.
In addition, a pure of white beans and a salad of green beans fit.
