2bagsFrozen strawberries (2x400g)
500gSidestep sugar

Instructions for Strawberry jam

To prepare the Strawberry jam recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the frozen strawberries into a pan with half a deciliter of water. Let it thaw and boil through.
Blend if necessary. The mixture is easy with a rod blender or moss (depending on whether or not the whole berry desired).
Add the basil and let it mix together.
Add the sugar, stir thoroughly around immediately. Let the mixture bubble cook for 3 minutes. Set it aside.

Wash the glasses thoroughly and pour them over boiling water.
Pour the jam on the glasses and leave them open until they are cooled.

Gives two large glasses (about two glasses a 500 grams).
