1 | tsp | Thyme |
1-2 | clove | Pressed garlic |
3 | dl | Creme fraise |
3 | dl | Grated cheese |
400 | g | Minced veal and pork |
750 | g | Potatoes |
Instructions for Stine's and father's potato gratin
To prepare the Stine's and father's potato gratin recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. scrub the potatoes thoroughly and boil them until tender. Turn the water off and let them cool off. 2. Sauté the minced meat in butter, for it takes color and crumbles. Add pressed garlic and peeled tomatoes and season with thyme, salt and pepper. Ladblandingen simmer for 5 min. 3. Arrow kartflerne and cut them into slices. Put the slices in the bottom of an acidic form. Advantage meat mixture on top. Stir in creme fraise and 2 dl. of the cheese together and favor it over the meat. Sprinkle with rest of cheese. Cakes right in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes or until it is golden brown.
